All residential property owners are contracted to a service charge which covers the privately owned areas at Heyford Park which are available for public use.

 

The service charge budget is provided to all owners during the purchase process and the budget is reviewed annually in light of the services offered and the local needs.

A review of the costs incurred against the budget is performed annually and any credits/charges made. Service charge is payable quarterly in advance.
