Dorchester Living is legally obligated to provide certain contributions and provisions outlined in the S106, as agreed with Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council.
 

To date Dorchester has paid £X, including S106 contributions, additional contributions above legal obligations and remediation. This equates to £X per new property build.
